Novikoff Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a done-for-you Pinterest growth service (the “Service”), available at autopinterest.ru. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you connect your Pinterest account. Once you connect your account, the Service organizes your boards and publishes content to your Pinterest profile on your behalf.

Information we collect

Pinterest account data (via OAuth). When you connect your Pinterest account, you authorize us through Pinterest’s official API to access your account. We access your Pinterest username and basic account information, and your boards and Pins, only to the extent needed to provide the Service.
Access credentials. We store the OAuth access token and refresh token that Pinterest issues so the Service can act on your account. We never receive or store your Pinterest password.
Content you configure. Information you provide to set up your account, such as your niche/topic and the destination link you want traffic sent to.
Content we create. The boards and Pins (images, titles, descriptions, links) that the Service generates and publishes to your account.
Basic usage data. Technical logs and basic performance metrics used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

To create and organize boards on your Pinterest account.
To generate and publish Pins to your account on a schedule.
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

Pinterest data

Our access to Pinterest data is performed exclusively through Pinterest’s official API and is subject to the Pinterest Developer and API Terms of Service and the Pinterest Privacy Policy. We use Pinterest data only to provide the features described above and do not use it for any purpose inconsistent with Pinterest’s terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting and image-generation providers), and only as needed to deliver the features you request, or where required by law.

Data storage and security

Data and access tokens are stored on secured infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We restrict access to credentials and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect the Service at any time from your Pinterest settings (Apps & permissions) or by contacting us. When you disconnect, or upon your request, we revoke and delete the stored access tokens and delete associated account data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Boards and Pins already published to your account remain under your control on Pinterest.

Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
